Low Antimony (Sb) and Calcium (Ca) alloyed grids are produced in computer controlled casting machines. Batteries produced from these grids provide perfect performance in variable weather condition from -40°C to, +60°C. In Yigit Battery Co., daily grid production capacity is 350.000 pcs and its annual capacity is equivalent to 1.500.000 batteries.

In automatic assembly line, plates with polyethylene separator are put into the battery container in the form of groups. After being controlled as a countermeasure against to short circuit, battery lids are closed and air leakage test is conducted. Then, they are sent to the wet charging units. First electrolyte is filled in to the battery cells in automatic filling machine, these batteries are loaded into the charging tanks, they are charged in charging tanks with rectifiers which is supported by computer. After completing this process, acid levels are controlled by means of automatic refilling machine, all cells are brought to the same acid level.

Batteries, passing through all quality control points are washed, than brushed, the heads of the poles are being lubricated and they are prepared for dispatching under Yigit Battery Co. guaranty.
