Because of the fact that Yigit Battery Co., aims to provide world standard in their production, it has made huge investment on Expended Metal Technology which is very different and technologically superior Without being touched, perfect and constant plate production are made by means of expanding positive and negative plate production line, shaping and pasting processes. The plates are cured in the curing ovens that specially designed for controlling humidity and temperature during the curing process in order to reach to the requested specifications for all plates. With this system, batteries produced from Ca alloyed plates have longer service life and have the ability of "high cold cranking" performance.

Expanded Metal is a different production system and also it is the advanced technology of the world. Lead strip production is the first step of the Expanded Metal Technology and both positive and negative strips have been constantly produced with precise tolerances in 7 rolling mills station. With this system, it is possible to produce 3.500 kg strip per hour; this is equivalent to 4.500.000 batteries per year.
